The use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) is gradually expanding throughout the industry.
Accordingly, the development of AI and the number of  accompanying patent applications for AI-related inventions have increased.
The Korean Intellectual Property Office, in consideration of the industry demand for this technological trend,
established and announced in 2020 guidelines for AI inventions.
